Everything was fine, my only criticism is that the crew seemed a bit laxadasical; they didn’t seem to be paying attention to cars coming onto the ferry, I was given hand signals to get into lane, advance and stop by a man who was talking to someone else, facing away from me and with his back to me. This made me feel that I was an inconvenience to him, which is somewhat at odds with the cost of the ferry crossing; for the price I paid, I would expect excellent service and customer relations
