I have used Wightlink for many years to visit family on the island. I have always found their staff to be friendly, efficient and courteous. On occasions when I have missed the ferry due to traffic conditions the staff have always been understanding and, without any fuss, got me on to the next available boat - usually the next one out. The boats themselves are clean and comfortable and refreshments are of good quality. I highly recommend Wightlink.
