A great experience, friendly staff, well organised, good choice of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Arrived IOW late afternoon, had planned return trip 2 days later. Change of plan meant returning the same evening, arrived at ferry port and explained the situation and directed to ticket office. Friendly staff quickly amended my ticket and just made 7pm sailing back to mainland. Great service, will use again.
