There was a dog mess smeared all over the floor at the top deck which hadn’t been cleared up.
People that had booked an hour later crossing were given priority to board the next available ferry, although many passengers whom arrived in time were not allowed to queue separately for the booking we had, and had to wait without enough seating for over an hour past the the booking we had paid for. This was shocking service given it should’ve been predicted as it was a sunny bank holiday weekend, and a better queueing system organised.
Im pregnant and travelled alongside my two children and I was not even offered a seat while waiting over an hour in the heat.
Not recommended for sunny weekends - as the organisation is useless.
