Very easy and smooth process from booking, paperwork, arriving, boarding and travelling. Great staff, wonderful experience, thoroughly enjoyed the crossing. Extremely pleased with Wightlink Ferries especially the customer service centre who honoured a further discount on the ferry crossing that was advertised with my holiday accomodation even though it should have been honoured by the accomodation company. Great customer service from Wightlink, would definitely recommend and book through Wightlink the next time I visit. It's the little things that mean so much. Keep up the good work.
