I travel on the fast cat service everyday and since the refurb in Feb. we have had ongoing issues and timetable changes. It might be great to change the rush hour ferries to once a hour but the people that use this every day is getting sick and tired of the way this company is run. And what do you get for this constant disruption a half hearted sorry. If this was the railways I would be getting quite a bit from delay pay scheme and this needs to be brought in for wright link so they pull there finger out and realise this isn't some pleasure cruise there are running but a service a lot of people relies on to get to work daily.
