A very enjoyable crossing (Portsmouth- Fishbourne Rtn. Ship: St Faith). The only observation, which is not of you doing, was the inability of passengers to operate the manual lift doors from the car deck to the passenger lounges. If it hadn't been for the diligence of a member of the crew the it's would have been left on the deck the previous users had left them.(they didn't close the doors after use). I can't complement the crew member highly enough. Well done that man. Shame the passengers can read you more than adequate singles explaining how to use the lifts. I suppose people just expect lift doors to open & close automatically these days. Apart from the above the crossing and service by all the staff and crew was exemplary. Many Thanks
