Hi,
Very disappointed this time with wightlink we missed the ferry at the start of our holiday because of the queue as only one person checking in then on the way back we got the on the new ferry and it is awful the vibration at the back was bad enough to rattle your teeth! which is were we had to sit because of having a pet, which also brings me onto the fact that why are made to feel like third class citezens just because we have a dog the chairs are hard and the place is cold and horrible!
