From the time you arrive at the terminal you are made to feel welcomed and everything you need is at hand. The staff are friendly and polite, advising you which lane to park in. Once on board you are politely asked to vacate your car and go to the passenger area where you can get a drink and something to eat at a reasonable price. All safety features are explained clearly. Once docked you are guided off the ferry feeling relaxed and happy to start your journey.
