I found the process of catching the ferry straightforward mainly due to the courteous and helpful staff. I was put on an earlier ferry both ways as I arrived earlier and this helped me complete my journeys that day more easy. So greatly appreciated the flexibility. Also the boat lounges were very clean and comfortable.
