Had a pleasant trip recently, staff was visible and polite, ferry’s was on time and clean and was kept well informed whilst on board by the captains p.a’s .
Also the kids loved the play area and movie room on the Victoria of Wight ferry.
Would recommend. Effortless travel to the Isle of Wight
