We received excellent service from Wightlink both from Portsmouth and returning from Fishbourne. On both journeys we arrived early for our sailing, just as the one before ours was about to leave, and both times we were offered the earlier ferry, which we accepted. Staff at check-in we're polite and helpful, also in the port cafe and on board. We would definitely travel with Wightlink again, especially on the new Victoria, it's just like a cruise ship, with amazing outside deck area.
