We travelled to the island from Portsmouth to Fishbourne and returned from Yarmouth to Lymington. Everything was very simple to arrange online and the sailings both ways went very well. We were particularly impressed with the way the cars were parked on the ferry, leaving plenty of walking space between and allowing passengers access to exit doors. Due to the exceptionally bad weather conditions on the day of our return we phoned to bring forward our crossing by 2 hours and this was achieved very easily. We actually arrived as the ferry before our re-booked one was loading and were allowed to take that one. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, as were all the Islanders. Thank you very much.
