To whom it may concern,
I hope this email finds you well.
I’m writing with deep concern and increasing frustration regarding the ongoing lack of support I've experienced from Wikideals. What began as a simple enquiry about extending my vouchers has now become an unnecessarily drawn-out and stressful situation that reflects extremely poorly on your customer service standards.
On 1 April 2025, I received an email from your support team confirming that my coupon had been extended until 30 May 2025. The email stated:
> "Hi Miskah,
Trust you are well. We have contacted the above vendor and they have agreed to extend your coupon until the 30th of May 2025. While your coupon may not reflect the updated expiry date, you may still make use of this as we have extended the date on our system."
I responded promptly and courteously, acknowledging the extension and expressing my appreciation:
> "Thank you for confirming the extension. I appreciate your assistance in arranging this. I’ll proceed with using the coupon as advised. Let me know if there’s anything else I need to be aware of."
However, what followed has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite my polite and timely response, I received no acknowledgment or follow-up. I sent a second email to confirm whether all four of my vouchers had been extended, asking for clarity and documentation. That message was also met with silence.
After waiting seven days, I finally received a reply on 11 April—yet again, it lacked the clarity, professionalism, and accountability one would expect. There was still no confirmation of which vouchers were extended, no reference number, and no formal proof or document outlining the agreed terms. It is extremely concerning that such a basic request continues to go unresolved.
The complete absence of follow-through, coupled with delayed and vague responses, is unacceptable. As a customer, I should not have to chase a company multiple times over several weeks just to get written confirmation of something as simple as a voucher extension. This is not just inconvenient—it undermines confidence in your brand and raises serious concerns about how customer matters are handled.
In addition, I would truly appreciate it if someone could take the time to communicate directly with me, rather than ignoring my emails. It’s disheartening to feel as though my concerns are being dismissed or overlooked. I also want to clarify that the reason we had not used the vouchers earlier is because no bookings were available. The earliest booking we could secure was for 15 April 2025—something I had hoped to explain, had anyone acknowledged my previous messages.
At this point, I would like a clear and detailed response confirming:
1. Which of my vouchers have been extended,
2. The new expiry dates for each,
3. Written proof or reference numbers logged in your system.
Furthermore, I believe it is fair to ask: What is your official turnaround time for responding to customer queries? Because based on this experience, it appears there is either no structure in place or a complete disregard for the urgency and importance of customer concerns.
I trusted Wikideals to deliver both value and service. Unfortunately, I’m now left with uncertainty, wasted time, and growing dissatisfaction.
I look forward to your urgent attention to this matter and a resolution without any further delays.
Sincerely,
Miskah Norton
