Our company purchased their service in early 2020, I stopped receiving updates, and even when I fill out support tickets, I am completely ignored. Not sure how to get our money back for this since no one answers my calls or support tickets. Either way, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please look at the attached screenshot of a chat I attempted to have with them last year. Complete avoidance of an issue that is highly unprofessional.
