This company is a total scam. I paid them $1399 for a wikipage + translation + google knowledge graph. The will look legit because of the process and steps they explain to you but it has been almost 1 year and 4 months and they keep telling me to wait for the “wikipedia moderators” or editors or some sort of other excuse. They will also come up with additional excuses that you will need additional articles to ensure your “notoriety” in order scam more money from you. I tried to reach out to other staff on the website and after doing this 3 times, after the staff on the chat found out that I was not inquiring to buy more services and was actually looking for someone that could help me with the services that were not being delivered, the staff would abandon the chat. There’s obviously no other staff at the company besides this guy calling himself “Sean Smith” posing as the project manager and I’m not sure what else. After finding it extremely odd that it’s taking this long I finally google whether anyone else has had issues with them and surely have found many many reviews from other people that have similar experiences happen to them. I posting this in hope that this can at least save some people from being scammed by this awful person.
