Unfortunately, I was unimpressed. The assessment of my health report had some gaping holes in it and I got recommendations that went contrary to many of the best longevity and "precision medicine" MDs out there. It was helpful to have the report though because I was able to use it to get some great advice elsewhere. Overall, I felt the assessment was not thoughtful or based on an approach that was humble, innovative, or data driven.
