I’ve been disappointed so far. My DNA and bloodwork was complete in December. Talked to health coach about three weeks later. They had IT issues and couldn’t find me in the system. I had completed all my paperwork, but they couldn’t see it. I finally had my zoom call with the MD in March (after three months from enrollment). Meanwhile, I had no info, no insight to my bloodwork, etc. I was left hanging. We’ll see what happens with next call with health coach.
