Lots of great lab data along with recommendations for changes (diet, exercise, and supplements) to meet my health goals based on the data. The basic approach of gathering data, making changes, and then checking the results with more lab data 3 months later makes sense. I recently read a quote from one of Peter Attia's patients that I am going to steal here - I think the Wild Health doctor cared more about my health than I do.
