return the product unused but they refused to refund because they say they don’t refund adult toys despite it not being used. It cost over $100. I would’ve been happy with a store credit Buy something else but they even refuse this concept. I never buy from them any of that umbrella companies. Biggest scam ever as the website say they do refund products but if you read further down it says they do not refund adult products which is what they sell.
