“Bought quite a few items. To my inconvenience, this company only sell the USB cord and not the actual USB connector port. So you can't charge the items. Secondly, the items font charge on any specific phone USB connector. You have to have a non phone USB connector. Total hassle. Would not buy or recommend buying from wild secrets as with all the money you spend with them, they only half supply the product. Not professional business at all.”

“I purchased an item intended to be worn on the body. The product listing on WildSecrets said it would strap securely onto the body. When it arrived, it was made of a material so soft and stretchy it could not be worn or used. I contacted Wild Secrets to request a refund or return, which is my right under the Australian Consumer Law, because the product is not fit for purpose and the description was misleading and deceptive.
The company keeps saying they don't do returns or refunds for 'change of mind.' I keep explaining that the product is defective and the sales material was deceptive, and they keep insisting that's 'change of mind.' So I now have to take them to the civil and administrative tribunal to enforce the most basic rights under the consumer law. And they're sitting tight, smug in the belief I'll be too embarrassed to pursue my rights.
Don't order from this store. You have no way of knowing if the product will fit the description, and once you've purchased, it's too late.”
