Terrible company, ordered a Wc frame 2-3weeks ago and the pan is faulty. The pan connector reducer that comes with the frame doesn’t fit 110mm soil pipe fittings.
I’ve been promised a call back for weeks from technical and now I’m unable to get hold of anyone. This has cause a massive delay on the project as we are unable to close the floors for tiling without the part required.
Parv seems to full of lies.
Avoid this company !!
