No reply from customer services or the call centre number, and no chat bot, making it impossible to return my item.

I purchased a shower with a 10 year warranty from Willesden Bathrooms. It developed a fault (dripping) - a new part was sent out. When this didn't address the issue, I made repeated contact (we traded 26 emails in total) requesting further assistance. Each time I was told they were looking into it. It was clear by the end they were hoping I'd give up, which I did - but not before leaving this review. Disappointing that they did not honour the advertised warranty. If I were you, I'd shop elsewhere.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they do all they can to wriggle out of any support and cover -bought a tap that said 10 year guarantee the connecting pipe blew flooding my kitchen and now the join of the tap has corroded and become unstable and they say its the cartridge and that only has a year cover - goods are clearly sub standard not fit for prupose and customer service are uselss

If I could give zero i would. The waste supplied was not UK standard size and not as detailed in the diagram on their website. They are arguing that whilst the diagram shows one measurement, that a table in the description detailing another measurement, is accurate. Either way, the waste won’t fit standard pipes. I’m going to have to buy another and clearly wont be getting a refund from them. Buyer beware.

Terrible company, ordered a Wc frame 2-3weeks ago and the pan is faulty. The pan connector reducer that comes with the frame doesn’t fit 110mm soil pipe fittings. I’ve been promised a call back for weeks from technical and now I’m unable to get hold of anyone. This has cause a massive delay on the project as we are unable to close the floors for tiling without the part required. Parv seems to full of lies. Avoid this company !!

Avoid this company like many other reviewers say. I brought an item which has defect and should be covered under a 10 year warranty. They are not interested and have used many different excuses to get out of honouring the warranty, all of which are nonsense. The warranty they describe is a lie! The staff are unhelpful and lack knowledge.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am taking legal action for refund and compensation. Sold a shower mixer with fault. They have refused a refund. They have refused to pay the plumbers cost to fix the fault. I am contacting trading standards, key organisations in their sector and will end up in court. That's fine as I don't want others to go through this. S

I'll join the list of disgruntled customers. The shower mixer tap failed. On enquiring about taking up the refund I was asked to provide pictures and a video of the tap. When I'd jumped through what felt like unnecessary hoops I checked online to see many other poor reviews regarding the returns policy of this company. Willesden bathrooms have now gone quiet and I've organised a replacement myself.

I have waited for 9 months for a reply on a faulty item. They don't answer emails and they don't answer their phone. Very disappointed customer.

Wish I’d read the reviews! It seems I have the same problem with this company - a faulty shower that needs replacing, I can’t get through to speak to anyone, only via email. So far it’s taken two weeks to get a response from them and when I can clearly show by video our broken shower, they come back with a response of “have you tried cleaning the filter?” It’s not the filter that’s done this!! It’s a faulty thermostat tap!! I still cannot get a response from them via email. Any other reputable company would have this sorted and replaced in one phonecall, but not this company. Whoever is running it is clearly a cowboy and needs reporting!! The annoying thing now is I can see I will probably have to buy a replacement shower from somewhere else, when I should be able to have this broken one replaced for free under warranty terms and conditions. Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

Dont touch these guys with a bargepole! Payed for next day delivery n nothing yet 11 days later. Still no tracking number just an email lie on delivery slot that wasn't real. The business is not real. Please avoid these scammers. Attempting to guy my money back but no one ever answers their fone.

Fast delivery of mixer tap. Fine, but wrong style. Tried to contact on phone line but never any answer. Tried email but no response. This was over 5 days. Eventually fitted the wrong style tap because kitchen needed a tap. This item was £10 cheaper than the one I paid for.... oh well, should have read the reviews on this site!

Lies / lies / lies I have been purchased goods worth more than £3000 Once the amount paid the keep ignoring my e-mails I have been try to call them no answer I was waiting for more than a week for delivery to come Notting arrived they are fruad / scum stay away from them basically that are professional tehives

Ordered a thermostatic shower and the compression nut is too small for the pipe. Sent them video. Four weeks on still no part received. Constantly fobbed off. The shower has been fitted and new tiles also fitted but plumber cannot complete job and has now gone on another job. Will be taking legal action for replacement and tiles etc.

Our experience is typical of many other unfortunate shoppers of Willesden Bathrooms. We began on 3rd September over several days, with three long, unanswered calls eventually diverted to an answering service which wouldn’t allow messages to be left. This was followed by an email which requested photographic evidence of the fault. Our completed response including name of company which installed the item, the asked for photographic evidence began a circle of emails asking for the same information to be submitted again, which we did. To break the cycle, we asked if Willesden would seriously address our issue. A series of repeated emails bounced back. At this point we assumed they had blocked any further communication we were attempting to send to them. We strongly recommend you choose another company for your bathroom requirements.

Avoid. Of the 4 toilets I have purchased with them, three became defective or altogether broken in less than 6 months of use. I may have been unlucky with the batch of products, but adding insult to injury, the customer service is terrible. I've been trying to have the defective items replaced for 4 months now. More than 30 emails have been exchanged so far (although many of them simply went unanswered). It's been weeks since I sent the pictures and videos of the defective items they have requested (a number of them!) but the technical team is still apparently incapable of - or unwilling to - reach a conclusion. I'll keep trying. And spreading the word. But if you still have the chance, go somewhere else

Brought item there eBay store. Item not delivered by either them or there courier yet I was still charged for it. Terrible and arogant customer service.

Please do not use - placed an order and requested a cancellation on the same day. The company still sent the item out, refused to refund the delivery charge even though they have confirmed that they received my cancellation request before the order had been dispatched. The lady on the phone Parv has the worst telephone manner of anyone that I have ever spoken to, she was extremely rude, she can’t understand that as a customer I have not done anything wrong, the company are at fault for sending a cancelled item and are now charging me for their own error - absolutely disgusted and definatley won’t be using again and won’t be recommending to anyone.
