My question is, does this company take any notice of the terrible reviews they have on a regular basis throughout the UK. As a retired Sales Directir within customer service the most important thing in any business is customer service/satisfaction. Its does seem this agent is not interested in improving its service. My issues are far to long to list, all I will say is when you are waiting on exchange and completion on a house move it is one the most stressful things we do in life, when your agent fails to communicate with you and with they clients to resolve issues and it take 5 working days with no feedback this is unacceptable come on W H Briwne management wake up and act.
