I recently had a good experience with a Very lovely lady that works at the 'Kettering branch ' Toni, is her name, the very 1st time I walked in that branch it was all about what I wanted she made me feel very at ease, she was not pushy in any way at all I made all the decisions, she guided me very well, the team there is very good, 3 other ladies that helped me alot Sinead and Jess, and Annie (at iam sold), my house was on the market 3 months went into a auction house sold AMAZING, thankyou soo much
