In my experience, service fell below expectations. A booked viewing was attended without the branch-held key; after a later viewing we discovered damage (reported with photos, responsibility not accepted). The key was then released to my named collector without any ID check, and promised weekly updates didn’t materialise. I asked to end the agreement early and this was declined. I have referred my complaint to The Property Ombudsman. Based on this experience, I moved to another agent and would not recommend.
