I am very pleased with the quality of the hat, your customer service was great. It arrived in time. The only thing is that it is really not big enough for my 10-year-old grandson. However, he loves it and would not part with it for a minute! I should have measured his head, but ordered based on your assurance that it fit most every kid. It sits higher on his head than I expected.
