I bought 2 charlie horse hats and one of them was in very poor shape and quality. I sent email immediatlely but I was expected to send back at my own expense and await a refund. I believe the company should of asked for pics and sent return label paid for shipping. I was never even asked if I wanted a replacement in liu of refund. AWFUL service!
