When I received my Panama hat in the mail, the box and hat had been crushed in shipment. I sent several pictures of the damaged straw hat and box to Willow Lane Hat Company. I received an email confirmation from Amy that another Panama was being shipped and received it in excellent condition several days later. I will be ordering from Willow Lane again.
