First impression. Someone packed the hat very very carefully in such a manner that it arrived in perfect condition. The hat looks and feels fantastic I’m also between a large and a medium so I ordered the large. It was just a tad bit loose. That’s when I found the foam strip to place under the sweat band. Now it fits perfectly.
