I love the quality of your products, but was disappointed when I contacted the sales team directly after my purchase to add an item that I had forgot to include. The item was only 17$, so I wanted to avoid paying double freight for this. I had to send 3 reminders before I got an answer and after 2 weeks I got a reply that my request was rejected. In addition to this, I suddenly got a refund notice for an item just a day before the shipment was delivered, without any explanation or apology that you couldn’t deliver as per my purchase order.
