I was delighted to receive my order this week, however I was dismayed that the thin outer package was open and the parcel had been stuffed into my letter box- which damaged the packaging of the swaddle (which was intended as a gift for a friend), and let the damp weather into the parcel.
I did expect better protective packaging for such beautiful items.
