I made an order on 11/06. Few days after, I received a message that part of the amount was refunded since, despite the product being shown as available, it was not. Furthermore, on 19/07 I received a message from Auspost that the item was delivered, but I have never received it. Auspost showed me the picture made by the driver to proof the delivery, but it was definitely not my building. On 23/06 I contacted Wilson and Frenchy to understand what happened and to which address they sent the parcel. No answer. On 24/06 I asked again for a feedback. They told me a ticket was open with auspost, but still no reply to which address they sent the parcel. It is 29/06 and I have no further update.
Awful service. It's a shame, because products are really good.
