Absolutely appalling customer service, arrogant and obnoxious staff who do not care about there customers! Managers - well apparently they are there to manage the staff and not talk to customers - err sorry?
Lost my order twice, told it would arrive within days, then by the end of the week, then told it would need to be replaced.
compensation... 10% off the next order - who on earth would order again?
So sad, because this used to be a good company, they staff now let it down. time they were all let go and replaced.
