I purchased this item for my mom - she absolutely loves it and is considering having me order more for her. The customer service communication with Window Film World was excellent and very professional; they kept me well informed . The only suggestion my mom had was maybe including a small catalog featuring the more popular designs with the shipments. She is 80 and doesn't use a computer, and relies on me to look thru the patterns and explain them to her. I live 4 hours away from her so we discussed the purchase decision over the phone.
