I ordered an oval window cling. When it did not arrive as expected, I sent an email. I received an email and a phone call. She tried to get a firm delivery date from shipper which was unsuccessful. She made a plan that if it did not arrive by Thursday she would send another! Very helpful and responsive to the issue. It did arrive on Wednesday and looks fabulous on the door! Customer service was terrific!
