Only experienced one issue, could not clearly determine if the ad was for a single piece or for two pieces completing a sliding glass door. It would require ordering 2 pieces. This was not an issue for our application as I was only doing on large glass door, however it did make me question the price. The quality of the product is a definite 5 stars. Easy installation and quality of the product made installation a breeze.
