I ordered window film March 7. Its now March 22nd and I never got a notice it was shipped. There is NO customer service. Calls during business hours don't get returned. An email the 24th did get a reply that they have staff issues and someone would get back to me very soon. More calls, more emails for status/refund all go unanswered. Ignore the online number its not live and NO CALL BACK EVER ! I have requested a refund via PayPal. Good Luck to anyone trying to buy something from this web site. I went to Amazon.
