I just enjoy opening my box of wine and discovering what I’ll be enjoying… just like Christmas every time! I love the surprise factor and that I can rate the wines [when I remember!] and adjust my mix. Great service too and the effort taken to assess and write up, wittily, each wine’s characteristics…appreciated. Carry on…!
