This is a different experience altogether from the guesswork of buying wine from online retailers. I liked the initial questionnaire/consult to discover my preferences and categorise my palate so the wines I receive can be selected accordingly. This process is further developed over time as I rate and review my wines. The “wildcard” choices always hit the mark and the upgrades eagerly awaited, the tasting notes are refreshingly lighthearted and communication is exemplary. I’m a dedicated fan.
