Winefriend is nothing like your 'average' wine club (you know the ones...the ones that try to flog you wine that doesn't sell in the supermarket at unbelievably high prices!). Winefriend has NEVER disappointed with their personalised (yep, that's right, personalised) selection for me...the wine they send is unbelievably good and I just love getting my wildcard (in fact my wildcard this week was something I thought I wouldn't like but it was so delicious I have already ordered a 'customised case' of it!). But for me the absolute best thing is the customer service. In a time where truly great customer service is so rare, the fabulous ladies at Winefriend deliver it in spades. My monthly subscription is worth every last cent and more besides.
