Terrible company with no respect for its customers... I ordered 3 bottles of wine for a special occasion on 4th April... nothing arrived by the end of the week so I emailed them on 8th April asking for an update. No reply... so I emailed them again on 30th April... again no reply. I have now had no option but to file a credit card claim against them to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER WINE FROM THEM, as they will take your money, ignore you and then force you to jump through hoops to get a refund from your payment provider!!
