Ordered wines for my UK family in good time to have it on the table for Christmas lunch. Nothing mailed, no communications, nothing replied to via phone or email. No wine delivered. Very very disappointing. Terrible service all round. I am requesting my money back from the credit card company. This company is a scam. Do not order!! Nicky - Australia.
