Ordered wine for friends in the uk for Xmas. Heard nothing for a week so tried calling -no answer! Tried calling again - no answer! Emailed multiple occasions - no answer!! Terrible service and terrible company! Do not buy from this company!! Will be getting credit card company to refund.
