Wine ordered from New Zealand on 5 December for delivery to family in UK. VISA card debited. Goods not delivered. Failure by Wine Direct to respond to multiple emails or phone calls.
I suggest those who have had credit/debit cards debited should let the issuer of their cards know to encourage them to withdraw their services.
