Winedirect.co previously let us down with an order – it didn’t arrive, promises were unfulfilled, and there was no refund, etc. However, under new management, I’m pleased to say we’ve had a completely different experience. Our issue was swiftly addressed and resolved, with both an apology and a clear explanation. Additionally, the wine was dispatched very quickly.
