We have dealt with young Sam at Winesale for about 5 years. We enjoy the regular emails but also the friendly phone calls. It's amazing how she seems to know when our wine cellar is getting low, and she usually has lot's of special tempting good deals. We are on Rural Delivery, so there is a time delay as the Courier 'passes the parcel' over. Sometimes the order gets split up, and it's reassuring that Sam is just a phone call away and we know that she will track it down for us. Great service and highly recommend. Thank you!
