The overall experience from Winesale's side was great. The order was received and dispatched rapidly. The only problem was that the courier company had a few failed deliveries. I twice had to tell them just to leave the wine inside our gate. They apparently didn't read the instructions provided on an earlier attempt. It might be useful to offer customers their preferred courier company. I've never had any problems with NZ Post in the past. While this did delay the delivery by a few days, it was a mild annoyance more than anything else. I will definitely be ordering from Winesale again - especially if you keep offering those delicious Argentinean reds. Thanks so much for the excellent options.
