Outstanding customer service! I rang and spoke with Lachlan as I wanted to customise a giftbox. No trouble at all for them, and my giftbox was sent the following day. Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged by the courier. Rang winesale and advised them. Joanna sorted another box to be sent out straight away!
