I’ve been a customer of Winesale for a number of years. I purchase usually a case a month. In the past I would receive a phone call early in the month generally from Miranda until she left. I enjoyed our conversations where we talked about new wines and what was good, also we got to know each other on a personal level. I think it a shame that the contact has ceased because it made the purchases personal. I have carried on buying from Winesale out of loyalty but think you have let yourself down a little.
